I was the Chief Developer & Co-Founder in California
Communications, Inc (Formerly Calicom). My responsibility ranged
widely like gathering requirements, deciding on the architecture,
choosing the tech stack, planning tasks for the team, configuring
CI/CD, deployment, etc. I worked on multiple products with
different architecture and tech stack. Being a new startup with
small teams, I had to wear multiple hats and work on different
roles. I was pretty much handson in all the projects and all the
funcationing of the company. I managed multiple teams consisting
of both internal employees and external consultants.

Pursuing Entrepunership
During this period, I focused on entrepreneurship by developing
multiple ideas and projects. A key achievement was having my
startup concept—a marketing and analytics platform built on top of
a URL shortening service—selected as a finalist for the Microsoft
Accelerator Program. This endeavor involved creating and
evaluating various startup ideas, designing the integrated
platform, and showcasing it to industry leaders, thereby providing
enhanced insights and tools for effective digital marketing.

in the Product Configuration Team in CashEdge. My work in the team
was configuring & customizing the application as per the
